ORAL DESIGN ADVICE.
Talk with us about the extent of your project. Ask as many questions as you would like. We will do our best to give you the extent of our knowledge.
IN-PERSON MEETINGS.
Meet with us as many times as you would like. We will charge per meeting.
DIGITAL MEETINGS.
Talk with us on the phone or schedule a video meeting. Price will be the same as our in-person meeting - rate per meeting.
What We DON'T Provide
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
digital sketches of design concepts, digital mood-boards, physical material sample mood-board.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
AN OFFICIAL DESIGN CONCEPT AND up to 3 revisions of ORIGINAL design concept.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
All floorplans, elevations, sections, Reflected Ceiling Plans, HVAC and MEP floorplans, renderings and mockups for construction phase.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
COMMUNICATION WITH THIRD PARTIES - CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, ETC. OVERSIGHT OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION.
PROJECT PRESENTATION BOOK
Images and overview of your completed project. Includes product schedule for any future changes.
